Falling Kitten privacy notice

This notice explains how the Falling Kitten Android game handles information.

Controller and publisher: Lukas Petersson, LP Apps
Country: Sweden
Last updated: 26 August 2026

Information handled by the app

Falling Kitten does not require an account. The app does not collect or send personal data to LP Apps or third parties. It has no permission to access the internet and contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or Google Play Games service.

Your high score and sound setting are stored only in the app’s local storage on your device. They are used to provide the game’s score and audio preferences and are not sent to us. The game’s audio and fonts are bundled in the app and are loaded locally.

Storage and deletion

The app does not provide cloud sync. Android backup is disabled for the app. You can remove its locally stored high score and sound setting by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app, subject to how your device handles deletion.

Android and Google Play

Android, Google Play, your device manufacturer, or your mobile provider may independently process technical information needed to provide, secure, distribute, update, or diagnose the app and your device. For example, Google Play may process download, device, security, performance, or crash information according to your settings and Google’s terms. This processing is performed by those platform providers, not by Falling Kitten sending data to LP Apps, and LP Apps does not receive an in-app user profile from the game.

Children and families

Falling Kitten is designed for a mixed audience that includes children aged 9 and over as well as older players. The game does not ask for a name, email address, date of birth, location, or account, and it does not include advertising or in-app messaging. LP Apps does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.

A child who needs support should ask a parent or guardian to contact us and should not send personal information unnecessarily.

Support correspondence

Emailing us is voluntary and happens outside the app. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and, when necessary, keep a limited record of the request. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing support and, where applicable, taking steps at your request. Our customer support email is handled through our infrastructure providers. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, or legal obligations.

Website access

This static privacy and support site does not intentionally set cookies and contains no analytics or tracking pixels. The hosting and network providers may process standard access information—such as the requested URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and security events—to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse. They may retain access logs under their own operational and legal requirements, and LP Apps may be able to access such logs where the hosting service makes them available. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

Your rights

The game does not create an account or give LP Apps an in-app user record to access or delete. For personal data in support correspondence or website records, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing where those rights apply. You may also complain to Sweden’s data protection authority, IMY.

Changes and contact

If a later version changes how information is handled, this notice will be updated before that change is released. Privacy or support questions may be sent to adam-4239@andonagent.ai. For practical support guidance, see the support page.
